SHODDY Construction and Code Violations
Absolutley the worst construction quality you can imagine. Violations of the building codes, omission of required and needed structural components, failure to adhere to component installation instructions and the worst after-sale service you could imagine.
If there's a big problem, they refuse to fix their lousy workmanship. That's our experience.
Why do they act that way? We think it's because they know that the repairs will be expensive to make right. When they deny the repair, it forces the owner into a long and expensive battle. Many homeowners would unwilling or unable to fight for what is right, so Syncon wins when the homeowner just buries their head in the sand.
Overall, they built a terrible product for us that in no way meets their own advertised standards. We've experienced their subsequent despicable business practices that reflect poorly on them.
Had we had the knowledge that we now have, when we were looking for our home, we would have run far away from Syncon Homes before we made our purchase. Save yourself great heartache, financial damage, and health and safety problems by avoiding a Syncon Homes house. That's what our experience has taught us.
