This is not a gym in the sense of swimming pool, sauna, and basketball hoops. It is a get up and moving place with qualified personel who can advise you on what machines you should use and how you should do so. The equipment is in very good shape and the staff is caring. Many of the clients are over 65 so there is no threat of being out done. In addition they have supplemental group classes on beginner and advanced levels in Tai Chi and yoga as well as a Silver Sneakers program.

If you want to improve your health and fitness, this is a great place to start! This gym is geared toward the more mature person, so do not be concerned about your age or fitness level. They have trained and knowledgeable staff with plenty of expertise in exercise and fitness to help you reach your goals. This gym has good equipment and enough group classes to keep it interesting. Nice members, a friendly staff and a good work out environment will keep you coming back.

Focused mostly on health, not the general "losing weight" or "looking good," I think this place will ultimately do very well. Owned/run by a doctor (who has a doctors office upstairs from this location), everyone is very friendly AND knowledgeable.
