I scheduled the move 3 weeks in advance. I never received a confirmation email or phone call. I had to do all the contacting. I had this move set up for 8am. I called at 8:45 a.m. to see where they were and they said, "no we are not on the way, we were up late last night moving" - who's issue is this? Not mine. So I rescheduled the move for 2 p.m. When did they arrive? 3:30 p.m. They never called to say they were running late, were in traffic, anything. I had to contact them. The actual move was decent. They were courteous with our furniture and moved quickly to keep time down. However, they yelled at each other and got frustrated with one another a lot, right in front of us. On guy said he was "done" at one point. I still tipped them and appreciated that the move actually happened, but they need some half decent business skills. I wouldn't recommend this moving company.
