they canceled my service because I used their plan, 6/01/2008

I really had no complaints about t-mobile, the service was as good as any other and better than most, but imagine my surprise when I got a letter in the mail, that said even tho I bought and paid for... 48 states no long distance, no roaming, that because alot of my calls were outside their area (how can I be outside the 48 state area in Kansas?) they were canceling my contract....wow....I was pretty sure I bought the plan to use, excuse me if I was only supposed to pay for the service and not use it....sign me looking for a phone

I miss you!, 11/07/2007

I switched to a new carrier a few months ago, and I'm so sorry! I was so spoiled with the customer service and the service level for the price. Once my contract is over I am so switching back to T... mobile.

I miss you!
