Worst experience ever, 6/16/2013

Signed up for cell service with these folks after reviewing their service map that showed acceptable to good service at my home. Came home and only have "no service" indicator withing 500 yards of... my property. Called their customer service and after a few hours was told that they had tower maintenance ongoing and service would be restored within 48 hours. Went out of town for a week and when I came back, still had "no service". Went back to the store and was told that the service would not work at my home. They also would not provide a refund since it had been more than two days since I started service. I asserted that I didn't cancel service withing two days because they assured me that the problem had been fixed. The person in the store said "yeah, they say that all of the time" Sorry customer service
