Honest, well priced quality service. The employees are friendly and know a lot about the cars they service. And off topic, they have a mechanic working there that is the best looking man I have seen in real life! He has long hair and is very tall!

Always honest. Always courteous. Always gives me the best deal around. Robbie and his crew have taken good care of my 1997 LS400 and now my 2004 LS430. All of them have always treated me with respect. I am a woman that will continue to take my car to T3.

I had my 2001 I-30 serviced there recently. Robert is great and only recommends service that is truly needed. When the engine light came on one time, I took it there and he told me that it was an emission problem that was still under warranty (I didn't know that), and told me to go to the dealer and get it done for free. Another time I took it there to get the brakes & alignment checked, and the fog light replaced. He could have fleeced me but he said everything was fine, and he only charged me for the fog light part, not labor! My invoice was $12. Now that's honesty.

I've taken my Infiniti Q45 to the Lawrenceville location twice expecting the worst. That was indeed not the case, they found the issue and resolved it quickly. My power steering was not working - the screen needed to be cleaned. My ABS was not working, it was a relay switch. Each time the repair was much less than I was expecting. They are friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

For Infiniti and Lexus service and repairs I highly recommend T3. They really know these cars and will only do what is needed. They are friendly and get your car back to you in a timely manner. I am a loyal customer for 4 years!

Robbie and his team are hard-working, customer-service-driven guys with a great sense of honesty and integrity. As a female customer, I never feel overlooked, overcharged or underappreciated. He doesn't pressure me to have repairs that I don't need like most other repair shops. I'll be a loyal customer for the life of my car. Keep in mind that they specialize in repairs for Lexus and Infiniti only but welcome other business at times.
