A mudd entrenched TAG Sign crew was found with a Tow truck in my front yard about to leave, when my wife came home to discover them. Bewildered at the tresspassers she pulled in the driveway apron. When she asked them were they planning on fixing the trenched yard, they explained that they were on their way to a customer site. She told them there were shovels in the house and they were more than welcome to use them to fix it. They used their own shovels instead. One of the previously stuck trucks needed to turn around and proceeded to go down the new white concrete driveway. This action left a sea of mudd clumps and deep mud tracks down our driveway. My wife, bewildered at their decision asked them if they would like to use the broom and hose to clean that new mess up. They told her 'she' would have to use a pressure washer to clean it up. They had to get to their next stop. My wife called the police and took down all of the info she could gather about the crew and proceeded to file a police report. After tracking the comapny down they offered to get a quote and make a decision on cleaning up their mess. Nothing has been done to date even after multiple calls asking for action. We will be pursing our next options at this point. My wife had to plead with TAG to get them to fill in the trenches in the yard! My driveway is over 600ft and 150 of that was white concrete that had recently been presure washed for an upcoming event. Still no action by TAG!

Unfortunately mistakes happen, as this does not pertain to a "sign" issue I wonder why you haven't called more than twice to our office. As discussed on the phone, once an estimate has been turned in by the 2 outside companies asked to evaluate your job, you will be notified as to the course of action being taken to clean your drive.
As a long standing customer of TAG Signs, I find it amusing that the person posting a complaint (ccetti) would go through so much trouble to smear a good company. It sounds like the driver simply made a wrong turn, got stuck, made the necessary reparations to the mudtracks left in the yard, and went on their way.. Ccetti, do you own a hose? Can you possibly wait for a rain shower? Point being, why slam a company for a minor mistake such as leaving dirt on a driveway? Its frivolous and petty.
