THE NEW YOU PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES

I signed up for a series of personal training lessons which totaled a little over $2300.00. Due to business travels and other time constraints, I was only able to participate in about 5 of these lessons, which came to a total of $350. After realizing I would not be able to complete the remaining lessons, I emailed Sheldon, my trainer from The New You, to try to figure something out. After not receiving any response, my husband called. Sheldon claimed there was a "company policy" that applied even though it was not mentioned or shown to me (in person or on their website) much less signed by me. He refused to discuss anything further and ended the conversation by saying "Screw you, take me to court." I am currently in the process of having this checked out legally. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The New You has changed my life!! The trainers are very encouraging and pushed me to work hard and lose weight fast!! They never gave up even when I wanted to! I would recommend this company to everyone!! Thanks New You!!

I have been working out steadily and rigorously for many years and consider myself in excellent shape. Nevertheless, I desired some new ideas to add some excitement and progress to my existing routines. Sheldon exceeded my objectives. For cardio, we emphasized one-on-one basketball, which was significantly more stimulating than the stationary bike, eliptical, or treadmill. In addition, we included some new weight exercises and high-rep sets to my regimen, which improved my endurance, strength, and physique. Moreover, Sheldon joined me during the workouts, which added competitiveness, energy, and drive to each session. Whereas, many personal trainers that I observe appear fairly lazy and disinterested, Sheldon does not hesitate to "get in there" to provide extra energy and camaraderie to the workouts.

I was having such a hard time losing weight basically my whole life. I have tried every weight loss product or program known to man with little to no results. I found the NEW YOU and ever since my life has changed. Over the last year I have lost over 150 lbs and I am 40 lbs away from my goal. Give this service a try and you will not regret it.

The title says it all. Get a NEW YOU personal trainer and change your life in months. The trainers helped me with my ultimate goal of being ripped and sexy. Now the ladies call me buff daddy!
