THE PARK PET RETREAT

Staff is very nice, and they are very accommodating.
I enjoy usining the facility but my dogs always have a strong urine smell on them that didn't happen in the beginning. Don't know if they've just gotten really busy or if they just don't clean like they used to.

We used to see them cleaning more on the web cam. I'll continue to use them, but I would use them more if I didn't have to give my dogs a bath every time they go.

The Park Pet Retreat is absolutely wonderful, and I completely trust them with my two dogs. They have stayed there for daycare and boarding, and I know they will always be taken care of. I love the webcams and non-caged boarding. Also, they are willing to give your dog medicine and address any special needs they have. Ranger Rita is incredibly nice and has a heart for animals. I won't go anywhere else!

Based on the reviews, we took our Yorkie to get groomed. The staff that was there when we dropped the dog off was not friendly to a new customer. We were very descriptive of the way we wanted the dog groomed. If there was any question of what a yorkie should look like in general, they could have looked at pictures on the Internet. The dog was absolutely butchered. The lack of quality and professionalism is completely indefensible. There is no way that this can be considered professional grooming as the scissor cuts are crooked all over the dog. The cut is so uneven it is laughable, if we did not want to cry. Rita was nice on the phone and in person. However, she knew we were not satisfied and tried to defend the work, which we found disappointing. Needless to say we will not be back and we would not recommend their grooming.

Love the park! A little pricey, however well worth it. We used to use the vet for boarding, but our dog was horrible when he got home. Had to retrain him all over again. Now, he is fine when we pick him up from the park. I have noticed it is quite crowded on the weekends. Is there a limit on how many pets they allow? The groomer is great! He always does a great job! We will continue to use The Park for grooming and boarding!
