Prompt and Thorough Appraisal, 2/11/2009

After my call Thomas came over the next day and did his homework. A few days thereafter I had my report. It was important that the appraisal was thorough and well documented as I was arguing with... my lender over the value of the house. Thomas did a great job and my lender accepted the appraisal.
