Jason won't return calls or email
Credible work but we've been trying to reach him via calls (2x) and email and he won't return either in over a week. This is usually a bad sign.

Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.
Jason came to my home on Jan. 14 to provide an estimate. I called him back on Jan 26 to tell him we’d like to move forward. He hadn’t returned my call so I called him again on the 27th and sent an email on the 28th. He called me on the 29th to tell me he had been ‘out of town’. In any event we made an arrangement for him to come to my home on Tuesday Feb. 3rd at 10:00am to do the work.
When he hadn’t arrived by 10:50am I called his cell and left a message. I left another message at 12:40pm, another at 2:30pm and sent an email at 3:30pm. I made a final attempt at 6:00pm and actually woke him up! He told me his girlfriend was in a car accident and he was waiting to hear some news on her condition and he fell asleep. What??! He said he hadn’t received any of my messages and told me “To be honest, it completely slipped my mind”. Not what I want to hear when I’ve taken a day off of work for the sole purpose of letting him in.
I’m sorry that someone got injured but it is inexcusable to consider yourself a business man and not return phonecalls….regardless of the situation! I AM a professional business person and I would manage (or appoint someone else) to return calls if I were needed elsewhere in a crisis. Loser!

Wonderful
Jason did a wonderful job at my home. He did my tile work, as well as a few other little odd jobs. He does wonderful work. He is first on out list for home improvement. Thank you so much for all of your time Jason!

Very happy with his service
I was referred to this company by a friend of mine who previously used them. They were happy with them. And I am pleased as well. Jason was neat and tidy. He didnt leave me with a big mess. He treated my home as it were his and I will use him again in the future.

Pleased Customer
I had a great experience with this company, no complaints. What I was quoted in the begining was what I paid in the end. It was my first time using this company, but I would definately recommend them.
