As soon as I walked in (to the empty store) the lady mumbled something about being cranky. I was looking at chemicals and needed some advice for a tub I already had. she just dismissed every question I started to ask. She couldn't be bothered. I finally walked out and used the experience to teach my 9yr old how NOT to run a business.

Agreed on a price to close my pool for $150. I ended up getting charged $272. She credited me $50 which shows she knew there was fault. The hidden fee was explained as price did not a include 'winterizing' kit nor did it include an upcharge for the 'extra' time it took to blow out the lines of my normal pool. This company is just trying to rip me off and I will not use them again. It is a shame too because they have performed for me some services well, but when they go off and do this, it makes all the good things they do seem like a smoke screen to get the big payoff. They are in my neighborhood too. Shame on them and shame on me for getting sucker punched.

I stumbled onto TLC because they were close to my business where I have a public pool. I have found them to be incredibly helpful and reasonably priced. I called today just before they closed because there was "an accident" in the pool and we needed some chemicals ASAP. They offered to stay open late to serve us, offered to send us an invoice without payment on the spot, and were extremely helpful and gracious. TLC - you get my vote!!!
