Ralph is, quite simply, a fantastic TV "pro". He is honest, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue, was upfront about various fixes, and was very helpful with getting me up and running. I recommend Ralph highly, without reservation.

We called Ralph after finding his company n Kudzu. He came to our home, fixed the big screen tv by replacing the capacitors without a hitch, and charged a reasonable price for his efforts and expertise. We would use his services again in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a TV repair!

I had a TV I'd let sit idle for four years. Finally decided to see if it would work. Called TV Pros and talked to Ralph. He asked several diagnostic questions, and said he thought he could come out that day, but if not, then later the next day. When he realized he could not make it the first day, he promptly called and let me know. He called the next day to confirm. Came out when he said, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a very reasonable fee. I like when someone stays in touch, do what they say they will, show when they say they will, and do quality work at a fair price. He was very pleasant and courteous. A great experience all around. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. This company is truly all about customer service. I thought my television was broken and required a house call but the rep helped me disconnect and re-connect all of my components, it worked. The movers had connected the DVD player incorrectly. And he did this at no charge! That's right, no charge! How refreshing. Thank you TV Pros!!

We could not get sound to come out through our television's speaker. I found TV-Pros here on Kudzu and called this morning. Ralph came to our home a few hours later and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem for a very reasonable fee. In addition, he tested our stereo receiver's connections at no charge! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I could not ask for better service and highly recommend Ralph and TV-Pros.

I called TV Pros because by older big Screen was not working even after purchasing a new $100 bulb. They told me how to fix the problem over the phone and for now charge. If the TV ever really breaks you can bet I will them no matter what the cost. Thanks TV Pros!

I found TV Pros by searching the internet for someone local with good ratings. Ralph went over and beyond! Not only did he bring our 65" projection TV back to life, but the cost was less than his estimate over the phone. In addition to fixing the problem, he also cleaned the lenses in the back of the tv and changed some settings on the set itself and the picture quality looks better than it did before! Can't wait for my husband to get home from work and see the difference. Great work and a genuinely nice person!

I saw the good reviews for TV-Pros on Kudzu and reached out to have them come out and look at my Samsung DLP TV that was having issues with the inputs (HDMI stopped working as did one set of component inputs). When I described the problem, the gentleman on the phone immediately asked if my TV model number ended in "67" which it did. He explained the issue and fix to me and told me that the parts alone would cost $500 and that I'd be better off buying a new TV. He then went on to tell me where to find the best deal in Atlanta on a new TV. Since my TV does still work with the HD cable box (leveraging the last set of working inputs), I'm going to keep it for the time being, but I was rally impressed with the knowledge and tips provided by TV-Pros, and I was especially pleased that I did not have to schedule a visit or spend a dime for the diagnosis. I will definitely reach out to them again if I have any other issues. I've already referred them to my parents.

I sent Sears an email & then called TV-pros.com. Ralph was able to come out the same day. He charged me $30 extra because I was out of his service area, but it was well worth it. My Samsung LCD TV is fixed w/ upgraded capacitors! I still haven't heard back from Sears. @1HappyCustomer

I was skeptical at first because their company website isn't very impressive-looking, but the owner (Ralph) was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He did a same day, in-home repair of our LCD TV at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
