I have used Tabics for 30 years. My last 3 repairs to my serger have not been their past quality. Cannot talk with the technicians as they don't speak english and their solution is to spend hours changing the tension settings and the machine is "too old". I will forever use the service in Henderson. She brought it back up to factory standards and even returned it clean. It now sews perfectly, doesn't clatter, and doesn't hit the pressure foot.

Tabic's sewing machine repair service is not always what it seems. They can be nice up front, but I don't feel I got the repairs I paid for. Their business practices are not very good. If you take something to them, be sure you document everything...serial numbers etc. Take a lot of up close photos of you machine before you take it in.
