I had Dr. Tate do two root canals for me because he was the only one nearby on my dental plan. He was rude, offensive and he hurt me. I just had the best root canal ever by Dr. Bill Williams and will never go back to Tate. Dr. Williams at Suwanee Dental Care did not hurt me at all, the Novocaine wore off just after the procedure and I could speak normally. Plus, Williams is kind whereas Tate is cold and yells at you.

Dr. Tate provides efficient and pain-free service but lacks in bedside manner. During the procedure, he didn't offer any explanation of what he was doing. As I appreciate a doctor's willingness to explain, this made me feel ignored. Another aspect that concerned me was the issue of gloves and mask. Dr. Tate wore rubber gloves (after I insisted) but no face mask. He declared that gloves are meant to protect him and not the patients because he is healthy and isn't a threat to his patients' health. As I'm healthy, this remark felt offensive. If you want efficiency and speed, this endodontic practice is a good place. But if you need explanations and reassurance from the doctor, there may be a better solution for you elsewhere.
