Our mission is to provide the best medical care in a warm, family-at-home environment. Dr. Joseph Tate is a sole practitioner which means that he sees all his patients himself. He is available 24/7 for emergency situations should one arise. Personalized care is very important to Dr. Tate and our staff so we want you to feel free to ask all of your questions. We need to know that by the end of each visit we are all on the same page with regard to your care.

To accommodate those in our waiting room we offer wireless internet and welcome your children and other family members. We are aware that going to the doctor is not on your list of fun things to do, but we try to make your time spent here as pleasant as possible.
