After 13 yrs of having my vehicles serviced by Team 1, I have to say "goodbye" as I move across the country. I just hope I am fortunate enough to find another honest, reputable mechanic. There were times when I'd take a vehicle for a recall repair at a dealership, or to get tires at a tire store, and was told the vehicle needed repair. I'd thank the person, and immediately take the car to Team 1 who ALWAYS told me the truth - the car didn't need such a service. They not only are the most honest business people, but the nicest. Thank you, Team 1!

This place is outstanding. R.J (who I believe is the owner) is always super friendly and available to discussion about the car and the work they are doing. Can't ask more from a auto shop. This is what running a great business looks like. Thank you!

They have not always fixed every problem on the first try, but they are very fair and will work to get it done right. And they are very fair on pricing and do an excellent job on customer service.

I've taken several cars to Team 1 over the years, and they have gone out of their way any time I needed work done. They would let me know what needed to be done immediately, and what could wait. They are the most helpful and honest repair shop I've ever been to. I'll never go anywhere else.

After taking my car to a reputable dealership that claimed I needed hundreds of dollars worth of work, I found Team 1 for a second opinion. After looking over my car, Brandon (mechanic) took me back to my car and pointed out everything the dealer recommended needing replacement was actually fairly new and fine. I have been taking both my car and my wife's car to Team 1 for a couple of years now. And I will always take my cars to them. Their honesty and knowledge has gained my trust.

They worked on my Cadillac, gave an upfront estimate that was higher than the actual work. I loved getting a break down of the parts needed before the work was done and then they found out once they got in the engine that not everything needed to be replaced. Great Job!
