After a very stressful experience at another Chevy dealership in the Metro area, it was so refreshing to see the team at TEAM Chevrolet. They explained what was covered on our Chevy purchase at another dealership, and answered all questions that I had. While my husband and I were there, he found a Chevy Equinox that I could trade my very much loved Saturn Vue in for. Joe Diebitetto our sales guy, noticed that while the vehicle was in the prep area, someone dinged the front bumper, and cracked the grill frame. these were replaced with no issues and many apologies. This dealership team has integrity, and gives the customer a sense that they matter, not a number in the queue. Everyone from Sales, to Finance to the GM have the attitude that it is all about the customer. If one person does not know the answer to a question, they find someone who does know the answer; or how to find the answer. This dealership is was such a pleasant surprise, I found a new Chevy dealer!!! Every question was answered, they fixed the vehicle that had a bumper kiss in the prep area that was found by our sales guy. It may be a small thing, but the details matter. The GM was extremely helpful in answering questions on a vehicle purchased elsewhere and what is covered by GM. they were more than fair on trade in for the Saturn. The Finance person Amanda went over everything that was an option to add to our vehicle.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go through what I did in order to buy a used car from these people. First, I was told that in order to qualify for a loan, the asking price of the car had to be raised. 2nd, I was told that I was approved for the loan, signed the papers and left with the car. 2 weeks later, I was called by the finance manager and told that I either had to return the car or pay an additional $1100 that day. I drove over from Athens after "pre-qualifying" on the phone for this car in the begining so it was very inconvenient for me to return the car since I didn't have $1100 to add to my originally accepted down payment. I tried to renegotiate the deal, but they refused, so I told them to come get the car themselves. I feel like they tried to pull a scam on me from the begining.

I have found that you can get your oil changed here amazingly fast. (I have a 2004 Chevy Colorado -- I prepaid for oil changes when I purchased the truck .. which ended up being a great thing $$ wise) I find I can go in on a Saturday and get it done in less than 15 min always. Never a wait!

I had a good experience when taking my truck to Northpoint Chevrolet. The service personnel were professional and courteous and seemed to know their business. A little pricey as all dealerships are, but probably worth the piece of mind.

I had my driver's side power window break in my 99 Oldsmobile. I didn't know any other repair shops in the area so I took it to Team Chevrolet which was the closest GM dealership. They wanted $565 to fix it, $361 for the part and $208 for labor. No thanks. I found a mobile repair unit to fix it for $245 with a one year parts and labor warranty and it took them 30 minutes to do it.

Took my avalanche by to get the exhaust system checked. They told me it was the heat shield and would be $500. Knowing this was not the case (I knew it was the catalytic converter), I took it for another opinion at the local Meneke. They confirmed it was the catalytic converter and told me it should be under warranty (10 year, 85k miles). I called Northpoint Chevy back to confirm and they said it was NOT under warranty. So I took it to the next closest Chevy dealer (Gwinett Place Chevrolet) and they replaced the converter free of charge because it was under warranty. Got screwed twice by these guys. Will never go there again!

Just took my truck to be serviced and the very next day I had problems with my alternator. I was told that the point inspection would cover checking all of the major components to include my alternator. When I contacted the service area, I was told that I was mistaken and that that would cost extra and if my alternator has to be replaced it would cost between $300 - $500. I thought that the customer service would be more in tune with the cusotmer. I just dumped $750 the day before for serivce which I thought the labor charges was too much. Just think replacing the spark plug wires cost over $200 and I only have a 4 clinder engine. Shoot, the plug wires only cost $45, the rest was in labor which should have only taken less than an hour. I feel I was taken for a ride on the labor alone. I used another dealership in the same area call Toyota of Roswell and they never have taken me for a ride as Team Chevy has. I wouldn't recommend this service department to anyone. If you go there, take you whole bank account with you, because you are going to need it.

I came in for a recall on my car, and the guys in the service department were very rude. They told me they couldn't do anything about the recall on my car becasue it wasn't in their system even though I had the letter from GM. So I left and called GM's main line, they called this dealership and told them they had to handle it. From that point I never went back. I was not please with their attitude.
