Having heard that Douglas County Dodge was more than happy to service all of Team Chrysler Jeep's old customers (Thornton Road, Lithia Springs), I took, my auto in for an oil change. I was charged $105.00 for an oil change. The oil change was $40 plus dollars, the oil filter approximately $30 and they put installed a tail light bulb. The rest was labor. I guess since they are not selling cars why not stick it to people for an oil change.

Each and every time I have gone to this location for service on my van, I have been dissatisfied. For example.... a 2hr oil change (with an appointment), being told I need new tires only 2 months after putting 4 new tires on there, being told that they will call me when my part comes in and I never received a call...etc. In addition to that, they charge for shop materials. Since when did customers get charged for oily rags!?

We bought a new car their and got a fairly good deal and thats where it stopped. The service department at this dealership is a joke. I have no idea where they get their shop mangers or machanics but they need to look elsewhere!!!!

The team at Chrysler Jeep are very helpful. Whenever I experience an issue with my van they are prompt about investigating the problem and fixing it. Naye Higgins, one of the associates in the repair area, is very easy to deal with.
