Bunch of crooks - BEWARE
The staff of the Snohomish Team Fitness screwed me over. When I signed up, I was told that if I moved, they would let me out of my contract. I was told that the fine print said I had to move 25 miles away, but that they wouldn't worry about that since they were more concerned that I was happy than locking me into a contract. I was stupid enough to believe them. Bottom line - THEY ONLY WANT TO LOCK YOU INTO A CONTRACT.\r\rI moved, and was honest with them. Here's a tip, if you sign their contract (which you are required to do if you want to be their customer) and move, LIE. They are shady and underhanded and nothing good comes of being honest with a bunch of liars. How do I know this? I was just served. They are suing me for $500+attorney's fees, because I moved and told them I would not be able to come to their gym anymore and terminated our relationship. Like a jealous ex, they're going to show me.\r\rSo when I quit them, I was told all would be ok, and the manager would call me to confirm. The next time they called me I was told that I was in default and they wanted my payment info. I explained everything that had been said to me, and they said they'd call me back. They did call me back and seemed to forget that we'd ever talked before, and I had to run through the whole story again, and was told again that they'd call me back. This happened one more time and I reiterated my position that I did not owe the money based on what I was told. Next thing I know I'm getting harassing phone calls from collections agencies. I answered the call once and was told that they'd relay the information back to Team Fitness. Well today I've was served. They want a full year's dues, interest, and attorneys fees.\r\rMoral of the story, don't enter into a contract with these sheisters or you'll get burned....
