I never realized how bad a dealership can screw you over until i came here! I took my car in to have it looked at because there was a loud noise and my ac wasn't working. They couldnt find anything wrong with the loud noise and the ac wasnt covered with our warranty so we would have to pay for the rental car for the 3 days. Then as my wife is going to pick up the car. The guy actually hears the noise i guess and says its the exsaust manifold and thats covered and since its their mistake they will pay for the rental car the time its out! 2 weeks later we get a call on monday with team ford saying that they broke a manifold bolt in the engine and our warranty doesnt cover it and they cant do anything about it unless we buy a new head for 5000 dollars! lol so we would have to pay the rental car for the past 3 weeks that he said he would cover plus my car is coming out worst than before! Then he said we can take this car and we will buy out your loan and we will take care of your rental fees if you buy a new car with us. ok how bout you fix the car you broke. These guys really know how to take advantage of people. Liked: Disliked:

I was a good customer of Team Ford for several years and my service person Emilio and had great service. About a year ago everything changed. The last two trips were terrible and the attitude towards me was rude. My bill was way over what was promised and the lady who was my service person never called me for updates or approvals when they found more problems. I will never go back and advise people to take their Fords to any other dealer in Vegas but Team Ford. Terrible, Terrible.........

These people actually "listen" to you first and help you get what you want even when you think you have no chance of affording a vehicle of that caliber. My special thanks to Bridget Pick. I gave her so many openings to switch to an alternative cheaper car, which another dealer would've jumped immediately, but she came back with the item that I really wanted with the most affordable options possible! No pressure for anything, lots of information on what you need to know, excellent service! They made a customer for life!

The only bad thing I can say about Team Ford is that they are too far from my house! I bought my F150 just over 2 years ago and still love it everytime I jump in and go. We are heading back in a couple of weeks to get an Edge. Check out the Microsoft Sync, very cool! My service rep is Dean, great guy.

They have a great Service Depart - but the sales department is something else - we purchased at another dealer and use Team for Service only - I wasn't too happy with Todd in the Service Department he took 2 weeks to call me back on an issue - so I will only see anyone other than Todd.

Todd in service is great to work with. I had an F250 diesel that I bought somewhere else and had to have some engine work done. The gave me a rental (even though it was out of the 36k warranty) and Todd called me frequently to let me know how it was progressing. It took a month to get fixed - because they only had one diesel tech at the time - but I was still satisfied with the service. There is also a very tall lanky salesman there - they call him Slim - that is the most knowledgable and low-pressure car salesman I have ever met. My in-laws bought a Freestyle from him and completely enjoyed the experience. If you go there just ask for Slim.

We rented from Enterprise only because our insurance agent said we should. We were pressured into renting a larger car than our insurance would pay for, and then we were pressured into buying their insurance on the car. We went back the next day to take it off, but it was a hassle. The girl there was very rude. We won't be back.

Team Ford definately made it easy for me when I purchased my new Ford F150. There was not the typical sales pressure you normally get from dealerships. They did all the paperwork in advance. I picked up the truck and my wife and I signed the papers and that was it! I would recommend the Team Ford experience to anyone looking for a new automobile!
