Rude and arrogant service manager - racist too Unless your car breaks down in front of Team Nissan and all of the other service shops disappear - this should be your only reason to go there. The service department is HORRIBLE!! they will rip you off and tear up your car just to keep you coming back. The service managers are rude and arrogant, especially to African Americans. They never want to admit they are wrong. Our car had an oil leakthey repaired it for $400. The very next day, the car started smoking and running hot, we took it back, the charged us $200 to repair the Thermostat. THEN the car still ran hot, they said it was the radiator..IT STILL RAN HOT!!!! They then told us "They didn't know what was wrong with it" and we would have to PAY MORE MONEY TO FIND OUT!!! What THE??? We were LIVID!!! We didn't go in with the problems that the car had AFTER we got it fixed.THEN for them to tell us they "didn't know what was wrong with it unless we paid more money is a TOTAL SCAM." .they need to be investigatedIt's no wonder they are behind TOYOTA, GM, VOLKSWAGAN, HYUNDAI, KIA FORD AND HONDA!!!!! This store gives the company a bad name If they have ripped you offplease post, I'm sure we're not the only ones!!!!

We have bought a lot of cars over the yrs.Worst dealership ever encountered.We signed a contract on a white 2009 Murano Nissan - this was Aug. 2009. The car never materialized. They told us to cancel ins. on our trade-in and add the new car. We were given VIN # etc. Supposedly being picked up from nearby dealership. Did not hear back. Weeks later they found a black Murano I didn't want but agreed to take as we assumed our trade in under the cash for clunkers program had been destroyed. We were told they poured something in the engine to ruin it. We wanted a factory installed trailer hitch to tow our boat on the new car. It's a l00 mile trip from Covington to Lithia Springs and I wanted to make sure it was installed on the car. We were told to come pick up and it was NOT on the car as promised.This place is full of liars. We have the car you want - sign contract and I never got the pearlized white car I wanted. Car was not what we were promised- 3 times we called to make sure the car had trailer hitch installed professionally. They lied and said yes. Then they tried to have some after market cheap trailer hitch put on by an independent company who installs trailer hitches. Would discourage anyone from believing them.

I had some maintenance work done here and was very happy. The service was great and quality of work was great also. Prices were reasonable.

I've had good experiences with their service personnel. I have an older Nissan that's starting to have some service issues and they've been honest with telling when I need - and don't need - repairs to be done. Regarding wait times, it all depends on when you schedule an appointment. My best luck is with mid-Saturdays.
