inefficient, misleading, poor service
I hired team pest to remove a squirrel from my attic. They initially succeeded, though they failed to properly seal the hole by which the squirrel had entered my attic. Consequently, the squirrel re-entered my attic through the improperly sealed hole. When I notified Team Pest, they told me they would remove it, but I would have to pay again (their website says "We guarantee our work.” “If you find pests in your home after our treatment, we will take care of it at no extra charge.").
Ultimately, Team Pest agreed to fix the problem without an additional charge and admitted Team Pest failed to seal the hole properly. Still, when the Team Pest technician came out to fix the problem, he sealed the hole while the squirrel was in my attic, trapping the squirrel in my attic. For the past four days I have repeatedly called the account representative and the office to try to get someone to come out to free the trapped squirrel, but Team Pest is unresponsive. Meanwhile, one squirrel is furiously trying to escape my attic while another squirrel is outside the house trying to chew a hole through which the trapped squirrel can escape. I have yet to speak to anyone who seems concerned for the fact that my house is being damaged because of the numerous failures of Team Pest. Further, no one has shown any urgency to correct the mounting mistakes of Team Pest.
