I am always skeptical that "free appraisals" will not turn in to expensive "estimates," but the Team Pest USA guy spent a lot of time looking at my house only to tell me that everything looked really good and I didn't need his services. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and honesty. I will use them in the future!

We successfully hired Team Pest USA in 2010 to evacuate flying squirrels from our attic. The annual inspections confirms the system works flawlessly. Recent hail damage necessitates a roof and gutter replacement so we met with Chris Womack to discuss the replacement options needed. Chris throughly understood our needs and helped us get a lower price to secure our home from rodents after the roof/gutter repairs were made. We trust in this service because we know it works!

I needed a termite inspection for a home we were buying and Team Pest USA was able to provide it, they put our minds at ease and made us comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone!! Best in town!! Very helpful! Will keep using!

I have to agree - they are 5 star for a reason. I posted a negative review since I didn't get a return call after 4 days, and their VP of Customer Relations Terrence reached out to me right away. He apologized and explained to me why they missed calling me back. His team made sure I got the quote I needed and you know what - they have the best price around! The field guy Dave was very patient, professional and helpful. I am glad I picked them, and I am now impressed with their customer service!

We have used Team Pest USA since we moved into our house in 2007, but it wasn't until I became a stay-at-home mother in 2011 that I got a chance to really meet the technicians and see first-hand just how wonderful they are. Every technician that has come into our home has been knowledgeable and friendly. The past few treatments have been done by Clint Banks, and he has been so thorough! He answers all of my (many) questions, makes sure to use child-friendly pest control, and goes above and beyond to take care of any pest issues we are having. I feel like he treats our home as if he would treat his own. I've been very impressed!

Good Job Charlie!
When I originally drafted this review, I was very frustrated with the administrative staff at the branch I contacted. However, just after I posted the review I was contacted by the VP of customer relations who was very apologetic and resolved the issue right away. Based on this level of responsiveness I would recommend this conpmay. Nowadays, customer service is not what is used to be, but at least you know that when you have a legitimate issue, It will be addressed with the appropriate level of attention.

After I wrote a non-five star review for Team Pest USA regarding starting a termite contract for my home and noted my dissatisfaction, Terrence (VP of Customer Relations) called me and devised a "satisfaction plan". He addressed the issues that I had and sent Scott (the manager of the Roswell office) over to do a walk through of my property for quality control. Unfortunately, since weeks had passed from the installation (I had not gotten around to reviewing them until later), there was nothing much he could do. However, I do appreciate the efforts that they made and hope that this kind of quality will continue for my quarterly inspections and that it will not take another unsatisfactory review for them to have to make it up after the fact. My faith in the choice of hiring this company for my lifetime termite contract has been renewed.

There have been times when I wondered if we were using the right company for our pest control and termite service. All such thoughts disappeared today when Clint Banks serviced our home. He was pleasant, professional and diligent. He clearly explained what he was doing. He is a credit to his company.

I have waited to write my review so that I wouldn't be unfair to the company or the tech. The last time Pest USA was at my house was on May 9th. This was after a series of frustrating calls to the office in order to work out and schedule appointments. Every time I called the office it was as if they heard NOTHING I had to say. I called three times trying to let them know a certain time wouldn't work, I told them I needed to be at the house because I need the tech inside and I wanted to end the outside service. They set up a time, I waited for two hours after and wasted an entire day only for no one to show. I called the next day, it was a Saturday and I was told that complaints won't be taken on a Saturday! REALLY? To be fair when the techs showed up they did a great job with a difficult house, I would totally recommend MO, but I'm not sure how you stay in business with such poor communication between customer, office and tech. Having a computerized message calling and saying we will be there in two days is not good enough, especially when I say on three occasions I work and we need a time that you will be at the house. I have been sent a bill for a service I didn't want and I'm suppose to pay that? At the moment I wouldn't recommend Pest USA until they get their stuff together.

Danny Rogel serviced my townhouse for roaches and earwigs in the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner I have had yet to experience. He was well within his time window, took the time to explain to me the difference between the types of bugs I was seeing, and demonstrated sealing techniques that would essentially eliminate my problem forever. He was realistic and didn't try to up-sell me any extra services. He was also personable and I felt very comfortable with him working in my home. I feel better knowing such a company is hiring the best around! Will do business again and recommend to friends and family!

We had Robert A. from Team Pest USA to our home May 18 to install several basement vents. There was a lot of confusion about the purpose and location of the vents on my part which Robert addressed thoroughly. Then 2 of the vents were in extremely difficult spots - far under a deck and at the end of a dirt crawl space, both with less than 2 feet of clearance for maneuvering. This caused the job to require much longer than scheduled yet Robert was unfazed and cheerful throughout. Very impressive skills and work ethic.

I decided to go with Team pest USA after checking with 3 companies. Miguel explained well for the reason how animals got in the attic and he promised that the problem for the attic noise would go away with his solution. He did keep the promise and even went to the property and put the traps and check the traps himself for several times. Thanks for the professionalism Miguel Santana and his team! With their 2 year warranty, I am sure I have peace in mind.
