After fighting loosing battle with fleas for nearly six months, we called a flea company that was recommend by our vet. This company touts itself as being completely green, their product is "safe for humans and animals" and came with a one year guarantee. We discovered after this company left that their product was definitely not safe for animals, as we started finding dead baby possums in our basement. It turns out that they were living in our crawl space and the critters brought thousands of their flea friends into our home with them. The flea company refused to honor their warranty and, of course, we now had a possum problem. Within hours of finding the possums, we had five different wildlife companies to our home. A number of them saw our desperation and saw an opportunity to take advantage; some quoting rates as much as double their printed prices, due to the flea infestation. A gentleman from Team Pest USA, sat and simply talked to me about our issues and sharing his experience and expertise. He also agreed to match the lowest quote that we had received from a competitor. He told me that a co-worker, named Daniel P., would be taking over our case. I cannot say enough good things about Daniel. He has been courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He has gone far out of his way to make this process as convenient for us as possible, offering to come by late in the day, early in the morning, or on the weekends, when he could be home with his family.

We were ripped off in the amount of 1400.00 because they can't handle bed bugs obviously. They returned NINE times and only increased the strength and problem with these pests. Now I turn to a true solution with another company based on heat and NOT chemicals completely.

Dear Customer - We have now been several months and I would like to earn that 5 star rating form your family!**UPDATE** June 11/2012*** After a thorough investigation into this matter I have uncovered the following: As the VP of Customer Relations - My records show Team Pest USA going over the call of duty on our agreement for Bed Bugs and in addition provide free services after the fact and were still willing to do so for one full year ( I even extended that to him until December of 2012 at no expense) and he has still denied us to do so. As soon as I have been given firm approval of the satisfactory result from the BBB and Mr. Crippen I will process the request for refund have been able to show that after the original service back in 8/3/11. At which time we set up service with a Ms. Sue Ford which I believe is the tenant of Mr. Crippen. The address mentioned on the BBB Complaint is his Billing address. Our records show no revisits to the tenant's home until December 12 2011. (Over 4 months later) Our normal treatment warranty is 90 days which is the norm in the industry! At which time we actually re service for free. We even came back out again on December 21 2012 at no charge. At this time we had not heard any complaints nor have I been able to see any calls into our office for treatment requests until May 8th 2012. (This is 5 months later) again over the 90 days from the last treatment which was free of charge at that time! After I received a complaint on KUDZU.COM I responded and had never heard back until I was given this request from the Owner of the company. At which time a called Mr. Crippen promptly. Had him address his concerns and his wishes to us for a full refund. I conveyed to Mr. Crippen that I am a trainer for the Department of Agriculture and after a lengthy educational conversation on Bed bugs and his agreement with Team Pest USA (his actually tenant had the signed agreement with us that Mr. Crippen paid for) he still explained to me that he wanted a full refund to help pay for the loss he would encounter in the future and potentially later if his tenant moved out, I asked Mr. Crippen to stop the HEAT plan and allow us to retreat for him one more time and explained that even the other company supplying the Heat treatment would only be a 90 day guarantee! He then email me back to say - I was P***** (curse) him off and asked that we not interrupt the other company from doing the HEAT treatment. In closing The Owner is willing to refund a total of $200 to Mr. Crippen for his inconvenience and that is all we are prepared to offer. In addition on May 8th 2012 We have recorded that Jimmy Don Murray was sent to the home after a request for re-service was asked for again (after 120 days form the free services provided in December we completed) at which time we did require a new fee. The renter told us she was not paying for it that the owner would have to do this.
Terrence (VP)left a response to my post to call him. I did on Tuesday. I have not heard from him. I also left a message with Tripp, I believe is the store manager. No response. I still have rodents that are getting in my crawl space. Ron came out on Tuesday to check the traps. nothing. he didn't change them out.. add fresh bait, NOTHING... he left .. can you believe that? i have a horrible rodent problem, PAID the initial fee, paid the yearly guarantee and he comes out and leaves without changing out anything OR looking around to see where they are getting in my crawl space.. He tells me they only 'control' the problem .. Thats not what i paid for and leaving traps and coming back for them and them being empty and then walking off ISN"T CONTROLLING ... Our phone lines went dead today. Uverse will be out here tomorrow. The wiring for our phones are in the crawl space .. Unbelievable

6/4/12 UPDATE! We will be back out tomorrow to finish up! Looks like we will have everything back to normal! We have personally met with this family at their home. Walked the crawl space and inspected the issues of RE-Entry. The warranty is in full effect and we are addressing the issues - NO CHARGE. I used one of the big companies for years but they never cured our bug problems. I was referred to Team Pest USA by a friend and they were right. After two visits our problems quickly went aways. Brian is our rep and he was extremely thourough and explained and showed me everything he did. He got down in the crawl space and up in our gutters. These guys don't mess around.

Nice to see the training is paying off! Now since your PAL is getting $100 off her next service. How about you doing the same. Call Brian and give him referrals of people that you know that would like a free inspection! No Cost or Obligation. Each person that signs up for any service will earn you $100 on your account! I have used Team Pest USA for both terminte & pest Control since 2006. They have technicians like Jim McLaine who thourghly inspect my property quarterly and apply the correct solution for that visit. The pest contol is an outside solution but Jim always asks if I need any spaying on the inside. He willingly inspects inside the house to ensure that I am pest free before leaving. It is professionals like Jim who keep me coming back year after year.

Arrived on time,very professional and considerant. I had two houses to be treated on that day which were not close together and he was very helpful in getting this all coordinated and completed in a reasonable time frame.

I called around to several pest control companies today, Friday. Only Team Pest USA had a friendly receptionist that answered. Their inspector arrived at my home within two hours. Chip Heslin was knowledgable, patient and courteous. He quickly inspected my home, provided me with several options and offered me a great price for a full termite treatment. I have to much invested in my home to let termites reduce it to saw dust. I highly recommend this company to other home owners.

Chip came out this morning and provided all the info necessary for a bug free home. The initial spray was completed and I am looking forward to no bugs sightings for a year. Thank you, Pest USA. I will rate again in 3 months.

From the office staff to the termite inspector, James McLane, I received great service. This recommendation is not solicited, but earned. Mr. McLane is very knowledgeable in his profession. He was very clear and patient in his explanation of each phase of the termite inspection. I previously had a contract with one of the better known companies, but did not receive the high level of customer service provided by TEAM PEST USA. I would recommend this company to others.

We had our pest control service treatment completed on Saturday by James Mclane and wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the service received. He was more than willing to take the time to explain my concerns about some new bugs I had been seeing in our back yard from some recent yard renovations. I must say I have been disappointed with Team Pest USA. We have spent $$$ on pest control methods that have not solved our problems. But last month, I met our new technician, Mark Hogan. I told him of my disappointment and our pest problem. Mark went right to the areas that needed treatment and he stayed (it was late in the evening too) and treated those areas to my satisfaction. I just saw him on Friday and he did the same thing with no regards to the hour of the day. And for the first time, I am confident that our pest problems will soon be eliminated thanks to Mark Hogan. I renewed my annual contract for $300 since my house was on the market and given current condition was not moving. 3 weeks after renewing, I received an offer on the house. The buyer did not want to transfer the contract, so I requested a refund. The manager told me they have a no refund policy, which is ridiculous since they haven't provided any service and have no written contract indicating there is a no refund policy. Do not go with this company - there are plenty others out there that treat you better. I'm looking at options to get my money back.

I experienced many problems dealing with this company. Because of my lack of faith in their work I had to hire a company to inspect what was done and was told to hire a professional contractor to correct the problems they were responsible for. I feel they owe me a refund on the money I had already paid them but they keep sending me bills. i would not recommend them to anyone.
