). I asked to see the manager. He inspected it, and asked me what I wanted them to do. I told him to repair it. He ordered 4 new wheels and told me to come back when they came in. My wife took the car back to them for the new wheels, when she got home I inspected it and found that 3 out of 4 of the wheels had the same type damage as before. They told me at this point that they would order 4 more and replace them again. I Called the 1-800-Go-Toyota and they took my complaint, I explained to them that I did not have all this available time to keep bringing my car back to have wheels replaced. I e-mailed the General Manager and explained my situation, his service director Dave Fletcher responded, "About you 2011 Camry the way the wheel is designed the lug is recessed in the wheel and the socket will make some contact with the wheel." Basically telling me to expect damage 100% of the time. I e-mailed back offering to show his service personnel how to remove a lug nut without damaging a wheel. They did not respond. I called 1-800-GO-TOYOTA back and asked for an update. They told me that they reclined their offer to replace my wheels again. That is when I decided to file a complaint with the National Center for Dispute Settlement to have my car repurchased so I could replace this headache with a General Motors car.

Stay clear of Toyota Mall Of Georgia - My company bought a part from them and had the worst experience. We ordered the part and the first one came in broken. We waited a week for them to get another one. When we picked our parts up they were both in their original packaging. Once we opened the parts one was wrong and one was broken. We tried to return it the next day and was told we had to wait for their parts manager, Kevin to return from vacation. When we tried to return the parts a week later when he returned he told us they opened the parts and checked them before we received them and that we broke them. My customer, an Allstate Insurance Ajuster and myself were all witness to the parts not being opened before we opened them. Kevin and the rest of the parts department are a bunch of liars and needed the extra week to come up with a story to cover their butts for their poor job performance. Do Yourself The Favor And Use Atlanta Toyota. The one and only time I didn't I got burnt and from the looks of their other reviews I'm not the first !!

We had a problem with the timing belt on our Sienna. It was making screeching noise whenever the car was started. I recorded the sound and took it in for repair. The guy who "serviced" us was rude and totally unfriendly. He basically asked what was he suppose to do with the sound. The manager was not helpful when we reported this. Whatever happened to Toyota service quality??

Don't waste your time or money here. My husband and I took in our camry for a simple oil change. Well it turned into a five hour oil change. Our car was left parked in the lot all day long. When we finally asked about it, were told they had another job that was bigger to work on and that our appointment didn't matter. ( yes, that is what he told us!)Between this and watching the service manager come in and out of the waiting room with the same dirty filters trying convince every customer they needed to be changed, we were disgusted. And after everything, we had to come back because they left the maintenance light on. Customer service, appointments, and decency mean nothing here. Save FIVE hours out of your day, take your car elsewhere.

I would like to apologize for the experience you had at our dealership and I want to assure you this is not our normal business practice. I have addressed your dissatisfaction with the Service Director and the employees involved and we are handling that internally. I welcome this type of feedback because it helps us adjust and focus more closely on our processes and only makes us better. Our motto is Building Relationship that Last and we certainly do not want to loose you as a customer. I would greatly appreciate you giving us a second chance and when you are ready to schedule your next appointment I would like for you to contact me directly at 678-546-1212 ext. 1151. Once again I apologize for your experience. Jennifer Ciccone

Toyota mall of Ga gave me a price I couldn't refuse that came with their Lifetime warranty when I bought my Corolla LE. The dealership is huge and I could also get my nails and a massage done on tuesdays and thursdays while I get my oil changed. Oh and they also gave me a full tank of gas and washed my car before I left. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership once again. Btw, i like getting my nails done. :)

I was in the market for new car. As a previous Toyota owner, I was interested in another Toyota. I called the dealership before I drove 25 miles to the dealership. I was given a great price over the phone. I arrived ready to make the purchase...only to find that the incentives I was quoted on the phone were not available. Frustrating waste of my time and gas. Beware!!

This is my first time buying a vehicle through "internet sales". The direct approach and no haggle pricing is very attractive. I found myself at the car dealership with a salesman that seemed too busy and uninterested in my business. They treat you like you have no option BUT to go with them and their unlimited warranty. I believe this is why they low balled my trade in (They showed me the average auction prices, then gave me 2k less). When I contacted them to tell them of another offer I had received they responded with a "yeah right" attitude. I'm going to go pick up my vehicle tomorrow from another dealership. Read the reviews posted below and read TMOG's responses. It shows the type of arrogance you'll receive at their dealership. IF you do go to TMOG speak to Keith Molkenthin or a guy named Robert (I believe he's in the internet sales as well). They seemed genuinely interested in my business.

I took my car in for a 60,000 mile service. I had just moved to ATL from Tampa and I chose this location because its close to Mall of GA and the shuttle will take you there while they service your car. WHAT A MISTAKE!! I got a call from the service manager while I was at the mall giving me a long list of things I needed on top of my 60,000 mile service all totaling to over $1000!!!!! But as he was listing everything, a lot of what he was saying I had just had done at the dealer I used to go to in Tampa. So I told him to hold off and I would call him right back. I then called my dealer from Tampa and had them give me a list of every service I had done in the last year. And surprise surprise, I had just had my drive belt changed and my brakes done among some of the other things the service manager told me I needed. Needless to say, I wasn't happy! So I called the service manager back and told him not to touch my car. He said he was really concerned about some of these things and I blew his cover and said that I had called my old Toyota dealer in Tampa and I just had those things done. Then he got quiet on the phone and sounded embarassed and said he would personally look at my car and call me back. 10 minutes later he calls me back and says that he checked these things and apparantly I don't need to have them serviced. Needless to say, I won't be going back!!! I feel like they tried to take advantage of me cause I'm young and female! NICE TRY!!!

Contacted the dealership via e-mail regarding a specific vehicle through a buying program. Went in to test drive the vehicle and a couple others, and at the end was completely steered away from the vehicle we wanted. Salespeople felt it was not the right car for us. Then tried to get us to buy more car and used the what payment are you comfortable with bit. Walked away and found car at a different dealer.

We bought our 2007 Sienna van from this dealership's internet sales department. They negotiated price with us fairly and the follow-up service has been very good. We had a minor, irritating door problem, but the service department worked with us to ensure that the problem was addressed and fixed. The waiting room is comfortable and free popcorn and coffee abound! I trust this dealership.

This is a great dealership to buy a car. The workers were all friendly, making it relatively easy to buy a car. They provide extra services for their customers, such as massages, dinners with door prizes, and freshly baked cookies.
