I had an appointment to get my truck serviced at Team Toyota's service center, however they still took 2 hours longer than promised. They were very thorough, but when I got home I realized that the tail light that supposedly gave them trouble and held up their work, was not fixed. I was a bit disappointed to say the least.

Stay away...far away. I wish I read the reviews about this place before visiting. All the bad things they say in the reviews are true but understated. They are actually a lot worse. If you're looking for an honest deal, go somewhere else...anywhere else. These guys are dishonest from the top down and from side to side. You cannot trust a single word they say before, during and after the sale; i.e., service is just as bad.

Sales person was service was great, however,we were purchasing a car and we wanted to check our bank for lower interest rates, in the mean time, they processed the paperwork with the higher interest rate without confirming anything with us.

My husband took our 1993 Celica to Team and asked that it be looked over. We wanted to know what repairs needed to be made. Once we got an estimate, we agreed to have them complete the repairs. When we got the car back, the power-steering pump hadn't been re-attached, and the gear-shift wouldn't lock into place. (so the car rolled when in park) We have taken it back THREE times and each time a new problem cropped up. At this time, the repairs have still not been completed in a satisfactory manner. We will never use them again.

good rapport with internet guy and salesperson even though he was new and inexperienced he did try to help us--manager butted in without our asking him too and LOWBALLED the trade-in and when I refused he accused me of cussing and being an obnoxious person and followed me almost to my car in a loud and obnoxious manner left a complete BAD TASTE in my mouth will never go back til he is GONE------------------

Went in to look at an XB. Now understand this i work for Autotrader.com so i look at cars and deal with auto dealers all day. In short the sales lady had no idea what a XB was and then when i showed her she was acting like she was disgusted. Thirty minutes and still no sales person came to help ( the original one said she had another customer(WHAT!!!). Finaly i told the sales manager why i was leaving and then sales people literally dropped from the sky. By then i was out the door.

Stay away from team dealers. We spent close to 4 hours there today trying to work a deal. First off they lured us in with a great deal in the paper for a jeep cherokee but there is only one of those cars and it just sold an hour ago (oh how convient). Then we went over to the toyota dealership to work a deal there and they messed up my car! I had a window out and had cardboard in the window to keep it from falling down. You'd think that someone who was the "appraisal manager" would see the card board and be smart and think, mm there might be something wrong here. Maybe i should ask if something is wrong. BUT NO this "manager" proceeds to work the windows causing FURTHER damage to it and now my window won't even roll up! When i tried to talk to the guy he just shurgged his shoulders and said he HAD to mess with everything and we SHOULD have told them, and not HIDE IT. Oh i'm sorry did the big 8 inches of cardboard sticking out of the window not tell you something was wrong? Then he tried to tell us that we needed to spend money to make our cars better! Oh please i have a BMW 325i sitting in the garage right now but Chrysler wants like $1000 to fix this window problem! That's like 1/6 the current trade-in value of the vehicle. That's another thing they were an easy $1000 below trade-in while the volov dealership we went to a few weekers earlier was a good $1000 over! Not to mention they forced a credit app in our face every 30 seconds. Bye Bye Team!

The service team at Team Toyota were very friendly and professional. I had to get a new radiator and it was done in one day. They were fast and it was reasonable. Plus they gave me a rental!

Same crappy service from a car dealer. Dishonesty is the "trademark" of car dealers and this is no exception. See comments on Marietta Toyota for a totally different review!
