Very fair
Just today I had one of Tech Pros techs here to "fix" my computer. I am pretty handy and I had given up on getting my pc to function properly. Upon arrival (on-time) the tech saw the trouble and was a perplexed as I. He restarted the computer just as I had done twice and it worked finr. Arghhh
He charged me only half of what their minimum was supposed to be and I thought that was very cool on their part.
I'd call these guys again for sure.

Great customer service and expertise!
I called to inquire about servicing the security settings on my PC after a couple of virus infections. Shabaz walked me through the necessary steps to upgrade my computer's security, and suggested a couple of firewall providers. He was generous with his time, and patiently provided his expertise at no cost over the phone. I will consult TechPros when I require computer servicing in the future, and recommend them, also.

You don't find service like this these days
Although they weren't able to help with my specific problem (I am having a motherboard issue, I think), they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyoneand will surely give them my business in the future!!
