Based on Mike's instructions I ended up driving from east Mesa down for an "elbow friendly" string job on my racquet even though there's another location much closer to me. The strings broke 2 weeks later - literally within 7 hours of play! When I drove back down there (much sooner than ever expected) I had to pay the difference to re-string :( Why? Per Mike "my issue with this is that YOU purchased a clearance string so you need to pay the difference". Wow. Obviously I am disappointed especially when I purchased what HE recommended. At this point they lost what would have been a loyal customer relationship. I will not go back again even if strings break in a couple of days.
