I boarded my dog at Teresa's Doggie Boutique and when he was picked up after 5 days he was in pain. I took him to our vet and he found an embedded tick. The vet thought, given the time frame and the fact that the dog was on prevention, that he got the tick at this boarding facility. My dog was on antibiotics for three weeks and it was so painful. It cost us $180 in vet bills. The business was very defensive and rude when I told them about it. The owner simply cannot and will not accept any complaint and is quite over the top in her defensive posture. However, I did like their groomer, Kathy.

I saw a review saying they can't get an appointment. That's probably because they're so good that they're booked well in advance!! I always have to make my appointment 6-8 weeks in advance. I've been taking my dog to Teressa's for about 5 years. I have never had a problem with them. My dog is always well cared for and groomed to perfection. The staff is friendly and helpful.
