Bad attitude but did solve my problem
I had an oil change about a month ago. After I paid, the young guy working on it tells me the hood clip (inside the hood to hold the hood stick up) is broken. After I tell him that it wasn't broken before I brought my car in, he decides to argue with me telling me it is my fault. He then recruits another of his young buddies to tell me it is my fault, etc. The two of them then try to write a note in the computer on my account stating the hood clip was broken prior to bringing it in. They try to do this in front of me, after the fact. I asked for a manager and luckily, he was actually really cool about it all. He told me to call the GM and they would fix my part. It did take about a month but the GM ordered the $4 part straight from my dealership. He did fix it for me - no charge. Although they fixed what they broke and remedied my problem, the two young guys accused me and argued with me over the stupid part. If you are a young woman and go to this station, I would def. keep your guard up!
