Terry Cullen is a smaller dealer on the southside, but they have sold me 3 new chevys in 24 months, every deal a 10! They match the big dealers prices, they have inventory or can get their hands on any model any color (they did for me). John Cullen and Keith Baker get the paper right and Johnny Linder treated my every need like I was a king, Why drive 50 miles, I tried those big northside guys, no need, Terry Cullen has me covered!

I have been looking for a used Equinox over the internet. I had exchanged several emails with the Internet sales manager William Borrelli regarding a '11 Chevy Equinox. I explained very clearly to Mr. Borrelli what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I wanted an OUT THE DOOR price with no haggling. I also explained that I was highly motivated to buy and if we could come to an agreement on the pricing prior to me driving down to Jonesboro I would most likely by the car that night. Mr. Borrelli and I agreed on a price and that night I drove a little over an hour to Jonesboro. Once I got there and we started to do paperwork the sales guy (Mr. Borrelli had left for the night) proceeds to tell me that the price quoted would be honored BUT taxes and all fees would be added as well. I explained to him about the emails and I even offered to show him mine and Mr' Borrelli's agreement. The sales guy went as far to tell me even if I showed him the emails they would not honor that out the door price. William Borrelli told me what I wanted to hear to get me into the dealership...he never had any intentions of honoring the price we talked about. Don't waste your time with this horrible dealership!!

Just the facts.--- On 6/5/06 we had the left front wheel bearings on our car replaced at this business. The charge was $385.00, then we were told the right front wheel also needed to be replaced for a additional cost of $385.00. The next day we instead had the right one replaced for $218.00 at KAUFFMAN TIRE in Riverdale, for a saving of $167.00. We could have saved over $333.00 if we would have had Kauffman do the entire job!!
