This incident was spurred by the customers assumption that we service and sell parts for all brands of outdoor equipment. We do not. We only sell parts and provide service for the brands we carry. When he thought we implied that his brand of equipment was substandard in their quality he may have been offended, if this is the case we apologize. All the machines we sell we have "In Stock" parts for that machine. We also have the fastest turn around time on repairs than any other dealer in the area. Parts In stock. Quality service and fast turn around on repairs are what we do. But only on the brands we carry. Also we are an award winning dealer for our brands. PS: the "skinny dipstick with cap and glasses" is a trusted, valuable, and very knowledgeable employee.

Today was my first time in their store. I needed to purchase a part. They were rude, unhelpful, un-knowledgable and arrogant. I could tell they just didn't care. The skinny guy with the cap and glasses was the main problem. If that is "Terry" he needs to get into another line of work. If it wasn't, he needs to fire this dipstick. WHAT an attitude! I'll never step foot in that store again because of him. I guess they didn't need my business! UPDATE: In response to their response, let me just say no, they are wrong. I wasn't offended that they didn't service Stihl products, though it was a little surprising. Actually I didn't need anything serviced, I just needed a new weed-eater head that I'd been told they carry. The problem was how they responded to me when I asked them for the part for my Stihl. Just as my earlier review states, and as another review on them states, they were rude, arrogant, and not at all helpful. THAT is what got me offended. Not what products they service. Hope this clarifies that and helps you make an informed decision. FYI, I use Gary Carnes (Carnes Enterprises) off of Settendown Road now. Yes, they are a small operation, but very knowledgable and capable and very fair and hones in pricing! Just what I was looking for. Good luck! :)
