I rate this 'business' 1 star because I'm not allowed to give them zero. I took my 2007 Kia SUV to this clip joint for an oil change. After I left, the oil light came on. I returned and showed the problem to the 'manager', who inspected the vehicle to find the oil filter cap broken. He told me to go to a Kia Dealership and get a new one, and he would pay for it. On my way to Kia, the engine light came on as well. I returned to Xpress Lube again to get my car repaired. I then asked for a full refund because their incompetence had cost me considerable inconvenience, but was refused. A 30 min. oil change ended up costing me a day off my job without pay, and maybe future damage to my car since they could not find the piece they broke; it may be in the engine.
