Very Knowledgeable and Helpful
Frank is so wonderful to work with. He knows a lot about the industry and is very informative. He gave us a lot of information so that we could make an informed choice about the improvements we wanted to make to our house. He saved me so much frustration and kept me from feeling lost and ignorant about what I was getting. I appreciate that!

I'm really glad I could help you. I've been doing this for so long that hoepefully I can explain it in layman's terms so anyone can understand it. I'm always annoyed when a technician uses trade terms to impress me with his (or her) knowledge of a procedure or service that I want to shout KISS! So many service companies believe that there is an unlimited number of new customers so they burn through every customer they get without regard to customer service until finally they have a bad reputation and have to go out of business or open under a new name. Best service company ever.
I was very impressed with technician. He was knowledgeable, respectful and very helpful. Gave me my options and let me decide what I wanted to do. I will always use Air Doctors because I trust them.
