I have tried this location now 4 times since I moved to the area. First time was great as I expected, but since I have not been able to get the cooks to cook a well done steak!! Once I took it back, the next time I dealt, but tonight I ordered a 6 oz and told them to butterfly it and make sure there was no red and I STILL had to cook it at home because it was red not pink... RED (have pictures to show it). I called the manager again (3rd time) and told her I was done. I spent over $65 on a meal to have to cook it at home. All the manager offered me were coupons to eat there again!! I have tried your restaurant THREE times. Either you need to get someone who knows what a well done steak is or a manager that knows how to manage because something is not working there and nothing is changing. Never had this issue with the other restaurants I have eaten at including TR restaurants. So disappointed in the customer service and the food. :-( Will be looking for another steak house. FYI - The right thing to do is provide someone with a refund after the 3rd time and FIX THE ISSUE!!! My best advice is to go down the road to another restaurant.
