Never the athlete before - but I've done it all - personal trainers, gym memberships, spin classes, aerobics, yoga - you name it. This is the ONLY fitness activity I've actually stuck with & keep up with on my own. Show up with a 'can do' attitude and you won't believe the things you really CAN do. Every workout is different & tailored to YOUR capabilities - even in a group of 20+ people. The instructors are awesome - pushing you to keep trying/improving. Typical monthly groups have men & women with everyone from 24 year old triathaloners to new mommies trying to lose the weight to 40+ year old trying to get in shape for the first time. AND EVERYONE gets a great workout. Sensible food guidelines and a fun workouts have kept me coming back for 9 months...

This is a great way to get in shape. If your tired of waiting on all those machines and treadmills at the local gym or you just want someone to hold you accountable, this is for you.

This boot camp was friendly, motivating and got me in the best shape of my life after just one month! The American Boot Camp Company focuses on a healthy eating plan and a challenging fitness routine for the regular person as well as the weekend warrior! I improved my mile time by 57 seconds and learned how to make my diet work for ME in order to get healthy. Away from the over-crowded Piedmont park, The American Boot Camp Company is located at various parks around Atlanta and I highly recommend any of the locations!!
