I graduated with a A.S. degree in Culinary back in '04. It was a very stressful 2 years but I survived. The education itself was knowledgable, the staff was helpful and the students are like any school (you got the know it alls and slackers, etc.) My grad class was the second to graduate (Culinary Program was still new). I'm still paying for my tuition but for the most part it was worth it to have the degree.

I thought it was going to be easy but it was kind of hard for me. You pay a lot for tuition and you have to pay a lot more for books. You have to pay for your own food and transportation. Overall, too expensive
