Terrible experience. Do NOT shop here!
We chose to buy our crib from the Baby's Room because we had heard good things. Boy were we deceived. We ordered our crib in April and told that it would take 6-8 weeks. As our baby was due in August, we thought this would be ample time. Long story short - our crib was delayed until SEPTEMBER, 5 weeks after our baby was born! 4 MONTHS!! They offered no explanation but delays from the manufacturer. No one ever called me proactively to provide a status update. I just called them when the new 'arrival date' came and went. When I requested a discount they refused saying several customers had to wait LONGER than I did. Completely unacceptable. Do NOT shop here - these people are thieves!

Nightmare Experience – Run the other way!!!
Ordered placed Sept (Savannah line by Munire,Best Chairs,Glenna Jean bedding, mattress! Grand total $4000).Arrival anticipated by Thanksgiving.It didn't.Finally, 2nd wk Dec I was assured all pieces were in.Rented truck, picked up only to find bedrails & mirror missing.Upon set up, nearly every pc had something wrong with it.The chair leaned forward, almost dumping you out of it. The crib’s support bar was missing internal hardware,finial on mirror broken, handle on ntstand wrong color. We called, then dragged all the bad pieces back to the store. Richard was going to call the mfgr and have new hardware sent to us. Cheryl said she would give me another base to try for the chair. Few days later the wrong hardware arrived. This time I called the mfg, hardware wrong again. It cracked the support bar and I was furious. Constantly making phone calls, sending emails, waiting, nothing was working out. The lack of CS from The Baby’s Room was incredible. It was now the new year and I still didn’t have any furniture. The base to the chair didn’t work, Cheryl asked that I take pictures of the chair from all angles, and she’d see about ordering a new one. We finally got the furniture Jan 15th,had to mix/match many of the pieces becuz lots of major issues. Baby arrived 5 days later, chair arrived a few wks later. Let me close by speaking of the cust NO-svc from this couple that owns the store, no sense of urgency or respect, Richard screamed at my mom. Walmart gives better customer svc.

Great Experience
In 2007 we purchased my son's dresser, night stand, and glider/ottoman and had a great experience from the beginning. This year we purchased my son's twin bed and, again, had a great experience. Both times we had excellent service, were explained the approximate 8-12 week delivery timeframe (based on the mfr), and had no problems picking up the furniture. Both times the furniture came weeks early. We have been very satisfied with the quality and had every reason to come back for the twin bed.

THIEVES/Horrible Customer Service/BEWARE!!
Ordered a rocker & ottoman. Took MONTHS to get. After months, it came damaged and poorly assembled. The fabric was not stapled to the bottom of the chair. The fabric had a cut in it, & several stains. I contacted the store, and spoke with the manager Sheryl. She was rude, and got very defensive with me when I explained I wanted to return the chair, to receive my money back. After she argued with me, she transfered me to another manager Richard. I found out later both of them happen to be owners of the store. He was no better. He was very argumentative, and unfriendly. He asked me to bring the chair to him. I did, he saw the damage, accepted the chair back and told me that he would give me my money back, but that they would charge me a restocking fee. I was appalled, as if we had done something wrong. I stated how that would be unacceptable, seeing how the damaged chair was not our fault, and it wasn't like we were returning the chair for any reason like, not liking the color or something, or just not wanting it anymore. He would not be reasoned with, so I explained I would have to file a lawsuit against them for the difference if he charged me that restocking fee, because that simply would be unfair. He then said, "If that's what you are going to do, then I won't give you anything." It's now almost 3 months later, and they still haven't returned ANY of my money, they have the chair, so I'm out my money and the chair. Immoral and unethical. Truly unbelievable:(

Don't buy from these guys
Good selection, but don't get sucked in. They are kings of the bait and switch. They will promise a 6 week delivery time (if not sooner), then tell you after purchase that it will be 8 weeks. It still won't arrive. And..you might not be able to cancel the order even if they do not deliver on time. They have no clue on how to provide customer service and act like it's an inconvenience if you call to check on your order. Try their sister store in Kennesaw (much friendlier) and a heck of a lot more reliable. Would never buy from these guys again.
