Took my dog in for grooming. The groomer sliced a gash that needed eight stitches to close. When i called to complain I was told by the person in charge that another dog had it's ear cut the same day. The groomer is dangerous and shouldn't be grooming. Don't take your dog here for grooming.

Daisy has been going to the Barker Lounge for about a year now, sometimes for doggie daycare and other times for overnight boarding. I love how everyone knows her by name. They really do take care of her and there is a lot of play time throughout the day. She literally yanks my arm off trying to get inside that place.

I've taken Boo to doggy day cares all over the country. BARKER LOUNGE is the only place she has ever dragged me to get INTO. Everywhere else we've been she makes me carry her in the door! At 40 pounds that's a challenge! And when I pick her up, she's happy to see me- as opposed to the cold shoulder that she USED to give me when I picked her up from other day cares. The staff loves BOO, and she loves THEM, and I love them too!

I have a four month old white standard poodle puppy named Louis and he loves going to The Barker Lounge! I love it also because he comes home tired and happy, He is being socialized with other people and dogs, exercised, and loved. There is always supervision when the dogs play together. I tried a few other places and he came home very dirty and was not excited to go. At Barker, he can't wait to get in the door and play. The staff is extremely nice and friendly, and takes wonderful care of my dog. I would highly recommend The Barker Lounge.

Our dog, Wiley, has so much energy and we wanted to start him up in a day care program where he could get some exercise. We were very nervous about where to take him. We read horrible reviews online about other places but only saw good reviews about this place. We decided to give it a try and see if our dog liked going there. We knew that if he ran up to the door like he does at the park...etc., then it is a good place. We also knew that if he would fight to go in like he does at the Vet, then that would be a bad sign. Wiley gets so excited every time he arrives to day care. This is a very nice family owned business. They even had their daughter up at the store once and she knew our dog right away. That really touched my heart. You can tell that they genuinely care about the pets that come in to stay with them.

My silky terrier struggles to get out of my arms and into Kelly's as soon as we walk through the door. He knows that Kelly will take him to all the fun. They play all day long at the Barker Lounge. The dogs are separated by age and temperment and supervised at all times. There are impeccable facillities for outdoor and indoor play. I love it because there are no upcharges for supervised playtime or for walks. They are open til 7 PM so I don't have to sit in traffic stressed about whether or not I'll make it in time. After a long day's work, I don't have to entertain my dog because he's exhausted from all the fun playtime.

I can't tell you how thrilled my dog and I are to have found The Barker Lounge. Not only is it a great place for the dogs to play, both indoor and outdoor, but there is a great deal of comfort in knowing that the dogs get lots of love and attention from Kelly and the crew. The Barker Lounge provides a great atmosphere for dogs to be dogs and peace of mind for me in knowing that they're well cared for throughout the day.

I was very hesitant to send my dog away for a week for her first time, but once I found the Barker Lounge I knew she would love it! She is super active, and I knew she wouldn't want to be cooped up in a small pin all day. The Barker Lounge realizes that dogs have a lot of energy, and they allow them to play ALL day together! Before I took my dog for her week stay, they required a free trial day which worked out great for my dog. We learned she loved it! Since then, I take my dog just for the day sometime while I run errands or for long vacations. Every time she is dragging me to the door and can't wait to play with all the dogs. The staff is GREAT! I always know she is in good care because of them! I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!

Barker Lounge was my first stop when I began my search for doggy daycares. It wasn't too far from my house but not exactly convenient for my commute so I checked a couple more places out before making my decision. After visiting a couple more facilities I went right back to Barker Lounge. The place is clean, safe, and dogs are well supervised. I love that they have both indoor/outdoor play areas which gives me piece of mind that my baby won't be stuck outside in the heat all day during the hottest days of summer. When I pull up to drop her off she can't wait to get out of the car and go in to play. Kelly and team are awesome and I'm happy to go out of my way to take my dog to Barker Lounge.

The first night our dogs stayed at Barker Lounge, there was a thunderstorm. We advised them that one of our dogs was terrified with thunder and the manager stayed with our dog until the storm was over. We have not yet seen that level of dedication from other kennels. Our dogs are very happy to arrive. The Barker Lounge keeps the dogs stimulated and entertained with activities throughout the day and they always return home ready for a good night's sleep.

Buddy, my blue eyed GSD mix started at the Barker Lounge in Sept. while his sister was recovering from elbow surgery. It was his first time away from home and I was worried about separation anxiety. My fears were unfounded - Buddy LOVES the Barker Lounge and can't wait to go each time! And now Sadie loves it too - they come home tired and very happy. Kelly and crew are the best! They obviously spend lots of loving time with the dogs! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
