I'm very pleased with the bike fit that Scott performed for me. My first ride after I was correctly fitted on my bike was like a revelation! It felt like I was riding a new bike. I was much more comfortable and I had no numbness like I had experienced before. Thanks Scott!

This is the best shop in Georgia. They have the best prices, most knowledgeable staff, and INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had the Bicycle Doctor build a bike for me and gave them an unreasonable deadline... They delivered a full bike build in less than 24 hours and that includes special order parts! How do they do it?? Save yourself some time, money, and heartache and go to the Bicycle Doctor! Support your local shop!

I bought my bike from the Bicycle Doctor over 5 years ago and it is always a great experience to visit them for any bike supplies and maintenance. They always have what my bike needs and are able to special order other things as well. Scott and Curtis are always super-helpful even to me who knows almost less than nothing about bicycles.

After visiting the MAJOR bike shops in Atlanta and being totally frustrated at the LACK of help regarding Tri Bikes, we went to The Bicycle Doctor. They were incredibly helpful, they went out of their way to answer all my questions. So knowledgeable and honest!!! I had a custom fitting so we could get my exact measurements and I can't tell you enough how pleased we were. Scott and Curtis are the best around!!! You'll never need any other bike shop but this one!!!

A great place for personal service. They were patient and very helpful to a new cyclist - didn't try to sell me all high end equipment and offered lots of advice. No pressure or judgmental attitude, but if I did have expensive bikes - I would definitely trust them to service and repair them.

Recently had a fitting and bought a new road bike here. My son bought a mountain bike earlier this year. Great shop, honest, extremely knowledgeable, very friendly. I learn something every time I visit. Usually about bicycles. It is quite true that owner Scott and manager Curtis don't sell, they educate. I saw a recent review that said, "Two thumbs up", and I thought, "Two, why just two?", and then I realized that two is all the thumbs we have. The Bicycle Doctor deserves more. Thumbs that is.

I was looking into getting a road bike but didn't have a lot of experience or a lot of cash. I had decided I wanted to use a local bike shop so I went into the shop a couple times. I have bought from local shops and big chains before but was blown away by the service of Nate and Curtis. Both are great guys. Curtis helped me find a great bike that I have really been enjoying the last few weeks. I will be back again to this shop on a regular basis as I get more into road biking. Don't hesitate to go to this shop.

I was very pleased with my first visit to the Bicycle Doctor last week. Curtis was very personable & helpful, and was willing to do a very small job (putting a trailer hitch on my bike) for an amazingly low price. Plus, I got to the shop just before 7, and Curtis was kind enough to help me install my bike rack on my car (in the dark) which I had never used before, and gave me several tips on the best way to install it. Will definitely be going back.

After 15 years of running distances from 5k's to marathons the back and knees said enough. I made the decision to try road biking and after asking a bike club rider for advice I was referred to The Bicycle Doctor. With no knowledge of road biking I was very concerned about being taken advantage of or sold a bike that I would not be happy with. When I finally made my initial visit to the Bicycle Doctor my concerns and fears were quickly put to rest after just a few minutes of speaking with Scott the owner. He was willing to give me the time to explain my situation and the budget I had to operate with and then advised me as to the bike he thought I should consider. No pressure, no attempt to steer me towards higher priced bikes. I purchased the bike and 3 years later I have no regrets. During those 3 years Scott has serviced, maintained and made all repairs to the bike and all work was performed professionally with really fast turnaround. The Bicycle Doctor has it all!! Mike A. After 8+ trips to two other bike shops, and spending hundreds of dollars, my bike still did not work. The inexplicable ghost shifting at unpredictable times was just as bad as it had been at the beginning. After replacing all of my drive train components twice, I was at the point I thought I was going to have to get a whole new bike. A friend of mine recommended visiting these guys before I did anything drastic. It took one visit and a $25 fix for them to bring my bike back to life! It turns out the cable housing that runs under my rear suspension main pivot was cut short. This caused my rear derailleur to actuate when my suspension engaged. I will not be going to any other bike shops from now on. These guys really know their stuff. I wish I had known about them before. It would have saved me $600+, but they did save from having to spend $3K+ more to get a new bike.

Scott and hie team are fanatically focused on providing outstanding service and value. They have always been very dependable, completing work when promised at the price quoted. Aside from the fact that they provide superior service at a reasonable price. The Bicycle Doctor is one of the few businesses of any kind that are totally trustworthy. These guys are a huge asset to the local cycling community!

Shortly after my retirement, I decided that I would fix up my old Peugeot. I bought the old bike new in 1973 shortly after I got back from Vietnam and started back to school. After trying two other shops I took the bike to Scott at his newly opened shop. I think Scott sensed how important the bike was to me. He walked me through the steps he was taking to bring my bike up to snuff and gave me a very reasonable price. Scott and his cohorts put the customer first. Thank you, Scott!
