Joan did a fantastic job transforming the look of my home. The window treatments are gorgeous, and I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to use window treatments to update the look of their home.

I have been SO pleased with the service that I have received from The Blind Ladies! Joan is incredible! She runs a tight ship and will do what is necessary to leave you a satisfied customer. Not only is her business and work ethic top quality but every single person she has sent to my home for inspections, installations, etc has been of the highest quality. I have so enjoyed my experience working with this company that I am actually sad to see it 'end.' A house only has so many windows to treat. I knew the look that I wanted but did not know how to achieve it. Joan came to my house and gave a free estimate along with information about shutters, shades and blinds. She showed me different styles, materials and colors for each product. After the products were installed, there was a problem with the level of the plantation shutter in one room and the material of one honeycomb blind in a bedroom. She came out twice to correct the shutter and reordered and reinstalled the blind. She was courteous and pleasant. Her attention to detail and customer
satisfaction made me a very happy customer. The window treatments in my
livingroom, dining room,daughter's bedroom, master bedroom and master
bathroom look great!

I highly recommend The Blind Ladies.

We had custom shades made for our entire house. Joan listened to everything we said and helped us put together exactly the look we wanted. When creating the shades for our sunroom, Joan encountered the problem of how to make the corners meet cleanly. She worked with her people and it came out beautifully. We couldn't be happier. Everyone who enters our home comments on the shades and we tell them all that The Blind Ladies did it!
