I have attended many boot camps but it was much different working with Dez. I came in thinking I could just do the bare minimum, lose a little weight and all was good. NOT! He didn't tolerate my slack and kept pushing me to realize that I could accomplish allot if I pressed. The workouts were excellent, just when you thought you could handle it, Dez would change it and take you to the next level. The monitoring and constantly writing down what you were eating each day was invaluable. I would avoid eating junk, just because I didn't want to hear Dez's mouth the next morning :) If you follow his lead - the results he promises are the results you will get. Definately a positive lifestyle change!
I've been working with Dez for almost a year and quit my gym about 8 months ago. This program is great, not just fun and hard, but Dez makes the difference. Having a trainer that knows how to incoporate fun activiites, with hard work, and adding in the health and nutrition aspect is great. If you are looking for variety in your workout this is the place to be. I've been an athlete all my life and this still kicks my butt at 5:30am. Its a great way to stay in shape, get back in shape, maintain or lose weight, and its catered to all levels of fitness and athleticism. Don't wait too long, come see for yourself. You'll get addicted.
OMG!! This is the most fun I have had exercising. The classes are NEVER boring, always unpredictable, no additional equipment required (with the exception of 5lb weights), and fun. I belong to a local gym and NEVER go but I rarely miss The Body Firm's boot camp. My arms and legs have defination now without looking bulky. Stretching is a huge part of the workout mixed in with aerobics exercise and light weights. Everyday the focus is on another area so your body has time to recover. And then of course there is FUN FRIDAY where we focus on team sports, ranging from soccor, kickball, relay races, etc. It is so much fun watching grown adults play kickball. The classes are conveniently located with convenient times. Some of the classes are held indoors due the weather, but outside when the weather is beautiful. And for the monthly fee, you can go to as many classes in a month as you can manage. So if your schedule is flexible or if you are looking for rapid weightloss and shaping, there are many opportunities to participate.
I've been working out with Dez for over a year and the results are amazing. I like the diversity of the workouts and they are geared to all fitness levels. Dedication and consistency pays off. The Body Firm Atl is great and Dez is an awesome trainer.
Dez is an awesome trainer and I really enjoyed working out with him, even at 5:30am! I enjoyed it so much that I am starting back up next week! His workouts are never the same, and they are even fun! This program is for people at all fitness levels, even those brand new to working out. Workouts consist of weights, running, games, drills, etc. You see results quickly, and have more energy than you thought possible. The price is very reasonable and so worth it! Times and locations vary, so there is something that fits into everyones schedule! And, if you miss a class, you can double up the next day, or even go to one at a different time. If you are looking for a fun and exciting new workout with quick results- this is definitely where you need to be!
I'm so thankful to the Body Firm ATL. After one month I have started seeing results and definitely like what I see.I'm going on three months. I feel great no more of that tired feeling.Dez White is a great Trainer.The price is even great.This is the program to get with.
I must admit I was completely out of shape so I was really afraid to do a bootcamp class. I tried The Body Firm and I must say that the trainer, Dez, really has created a workout that fits ALL fitness levels. I have only been doing this for two months and I have completely changed my lifestyle! I feel great!
I started my own workout routine through a local gym about year ago and was seeing great results until I hit a plateau. I have always maintained a strict fitness program. But my first few days working out with The Body Firm made me feel as everything I had done in the past was not enough. I had a total workout experience - cardio, aerobics, weights, you name it! But most of all, I had fun while doing it.
