*VERY dog friendly LOTS of BIG dogs- if you're not a dog person; reconsider. ie. elevators get pretty 'cozy' with people and pets... *Unlike the other reviewer, I did not rent this place for an office- *I'm usually not home during working hours so daytime 'disturbances or sounds' aren't a problem. *The sound is not really an issue for me, I hear the occasional sliding door but that's it. *And with regard to the smoking stat the other reviewer mentioned (50% of tenants smoke?), I disagree. Perhaps their neighbor smoked inside, in which case I would ask them not to- I don't constantly smell smoke or anything... *The assigned parking is nice & when the visitor parking fills up, the parking lot next door is always an option for guests *In the summer time you can expect the pool atmosphere to resemble a drunken frat tailgate- if that's not your thing, reconsider. *Walking distance to Kroger, Canyon Burgers, Sushi, Hudson Grille, Mellow Mushroom, etc. Awesome for weekend dinner & drinks *Lots of capital improvements to the grounds. New lighting, fire alarm system (not one false alarm since the new system was installed Aug'11) **Bottom line** *EXCELLENT value- those who complain about price are simply not comparing apples to apples. Yes, the units themselves are very standard, but bottom line is you pay for the view and the 'atmosphere' of a traditional hi-rise (concierge, sauna, hot tub/spa, etc.)

Like the other reviewer, I am not happy here. I was told that the floors were concrete and noise could not be heard like walking, however this is not true, especially when a person walks hard and with their heels!! Kinda like a herd of elephants. Smoking here is a BIG problem, over 50% of tenants smoke in their units and the smoke comes through the walls into other units. Poor insulation. Can't breathe. For the money, this isn't it.

Where to start?! This place is very over priced! The units are about 1200 sq feet for a 2bed/ 2bath and are dark and unfriendly. There have been numerous false fire alarms in the last few months at all hours! There are two elevators for normal use and a freight elevator. One of the three is usually out of service. I hear the alarm from the elevator go off frequently! There are constant problems with Comcast cable here (not The Brookhaven's fault.) Working from home is very difficult here due to noise from residents, garbage trucks, false fire alarms and construction noise.
