The Cleaning Bee

My story is the same as others. Spoke to Jerri Lynn, very personable lady to make the appt. I was given a price quote which wasn't cheap but reasonable for what I needed done which we discussed in detail. She called the night before to confirm. Then after a forty minute drive to the house we needed cleaned, they never showed or called. I called twice while I waited for her. Finally gave up and came home. I'm very puzzled as to why she calls to confirm. They sound so organized. What's going on here??

No show on appointment. They even called to confirm.
Very disconcerning. Gave rate of $65 for entire home.
I tried to follow up, no phone call back no reason for NO SHOW!

I wouldn't know what kind of quality or service this company provides because they never even showed up for the first appointment. I got a courtesy reminder call the day before telling me they would be there between 10-10:30am, maybe even before. I did not want to leave a key for the first time because I wanted to meet the people coming into my house. I had an appointment at 11:15 the same morning so I figured that would be enough time for them to get there. I left work at 9:30 to beat them and began to wait. I made several phone calls to the company, no answer. So, I left a message at 10:30 to see where they were and another at 11 telling them to call me when they arrived for the key instructions. I went to my appointment and when I returned still no maid, BIG surprise! So I left a final message at 1pm to inform them that their services would no longer be needed and to cancel my appointment, which they had already missed by a long shot anyway. I would not recommend this company. Their prices sounded too good to me at first, but now I know why. Because their prices are lower than others you do not get the same customer service that the others provide. Not only is my house as dirty as it was before I left for work this morning, but I missed out on over an hours worth of work that I needed to do waiting around for people who were never going to show up.

I contacted this company to clean my home before my movers came. No one ever called or showed up. I tried calling them and emailing them all day and no one has ever contacted me. I was put in a bind because I had to hire another house cleaning company at 3 pm on a Friday. Not my idea of good service.

After the house was cleaned I felt as if I had a new home again. They were very professional & uniformed. Believe me it was incredible experience. Best money I ever spent. I actually referred them to my neighbor and I would use the service again and have!
