I have had my 2012 Sienna and 2007 Infiniti repaired at the Collision Co. These folks do great work and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Tina for going above and beyond to make an... unpleasant task a pleasant experience!!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I took a chance and had Collision Co do some work on my 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII's driver side door and trunk. A friend in the know told me they do a good job and I'm pleased to say they did a... wonderful job and now I am going back for more! I have a new custom front bumper cover on it's way to the shop that needs some paint. I guess the fact that if I was not truly happy with the prior work they did I would not be going back is a true testament to my opinion of this shop. I am very particular about my cars and in the future I plan to have them do a complete paint job on another one of my cars. Thanks for making Perfection job #1 Collision Co! -Scott VVIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Being relatively new to the area, I wasn't sure where to take my car, but the Collision Company was recommended by VW. I'm so glad I asked! They're very professional; coordinated my rental car, coordinated with the insurance company and kept me posted every step of the way. My car looks like new! And they cleaned it! I brought it in dirty and expected it returned the same, but it is spotless both inside and out! AND they finished ahead of schedule, which is a really big deal going into a holiday weekend! I hope to never be in another accident, but if I am, I wouldn't think of taking my car anywere else. You shouldn't either!! Thanks again Stephanie and Tina!

I was very impressed with my experience at the Collision Company. Not only did they do an excellent job on my car but the way they treated me was exceptional. It impressed me that when they found themselves overloaded after scheduling my work they offered me a choice of getting the work done per their commitment or accepting a discount to reschedule. I was also impressed with their continuous effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the work that was done. I keep my cars very clean so I was pleased to find that not only was the paint work perfect and the car cleaned externally but the interior was also clean. I also keep my engine compartment clean and considering that the paint work was done on my hood I was happy to find that my engine compartment was as clean as when I brought the car to them. These days it is rare to find a company that acts like they realize that the customer is responsible for their livelihood. The Collision Company is one of those rare companies. I would recommend them to anyone.

I own a 2006 Jetta GLI that was decimated by at least two dozen airsoft or BB's recently. I took my car to The Collision Co., based on a recommendation by Dents & Dings (another great business nearby), and they restored the car to mint condition. The difference before and after is nothing short of astounding, and the work was extremely high quality. My jaw dropped when I saw my car basically look brand new again. It may have taken a little longer than I expected to complete the work, but the results were well worth it. This is the only place you should be visiting for body work in the Metro Atlanta area.

I had my mint condition 1989 Cadillac repaired at The Collision Company. I was paying out of pocket for a large dent on the highly viable trunk lid. I needed a high quality repair at a fair price. They did high quality work, at a fair price, on time and very professionally. I've had some additional repairs done there as a result of the good experience. Thx George

I was recommended The Collision Company by a friend and I am pleased to say they excelled in customer service, quality and price. Stephanie went above beyond with her customer service, I did not feel like I was using some big faceless organization. Stephanie's husband Kevin walked me through the quote in detail (I had one piece going through insurance and the other piece was out of pocket) . They made sure the whole process was transparent , seamless and stress free. Their quote was lower than the shops that I had taken my Honda to close to my home, they performed the repairs really quickly and did an excellent job – my car looks like new!

I had a front end collision and asked a friend where I should go for the repair... without delay, he said "The Collision Company". I knew his mothers car was there previously, so if he was unhappy, I knew he'd tell me. So, I went and of course the first thing I noticed was Bently's everywhere, as this is the shop they choose to use for all their repairs. Well, I figured, if its good enough for them, I'll give them a try, too. Not figuring it would be AS perfect as a Bently repair, I went to pick up my car & it was FLAWLESS! Looked better then when I first got the car, HONESTLY! And, they even detailed it for me! Thanks Collision Company!! I will refer everyone to you!

Unfortunately, I totaled the front end of my 2008 BMW 535i in a collision on 400 one day coming home from work...I ran into the back of a GMC Yukon with the steel hitch crushing in my front end (glad that GM engineers spent so much time building a tank like back end to the Yukon vehicle...sigh). My insurance company (Amica) recommended this company to do the repair work (one of their preferred repair shops in the Roswell area). I'm glad that it ended up in their hands. The damage was about $20,000+ worth and they had to order the original OEM parts from BMW to rebuild the front half of the car. 4 weeks later (a little later than projected) - I got my car back and it looked absolutely perfect (no sign of any damage). I've had no problems with the car since. What they do is a work of art (high craftsmanship)...not just a car repair place. They take extreme ownership of putting your car back together and they do it very well. Stephanie who is the general manager also personally calls you about every other day to give you a status of your car repairs. She was fantastic to deal with - refreshing to meet someone who is so energetic and passionate about her company. I will definitely take my car back if I need any collision repairs (lets hope not anytime soon).

I took my college age daughters car to The Collision Company after seeing the Volkswagon dealership about repairing her Jetta. Her bumper was dislodged from the car when she was pulled out of the mud by a well meaning good samaritain. The dealership gave me an estimate of between $400 and $700 dollars. The Collision Company fixed the bumper and replaced the plastic plate under the front belly of the car for less that $150. It has been several months and the car looks great! Thank you for giving me the "Truth" about what really needed to happen to restore her car. It looks great!

I went in to get my bumper fixed and they fixed the entire bumper and removed all the scratches for an unbelievable price of $120. They also gave me a ride home since my car had to stay in the shop over night. I would definitely recommend them!

Great people and great results. The repair work on my GTI was explained to me in great detail by Kevin Meeks. The office folks (Stephanie and Tina) are very nice and made the experience nearly pain free. This is the first shop I would recommend for any auto body repairs.
