The Comfortable Chair Store

I rarely write reviews, but this local business is deserving. We've looked for a while to find the perfect chair for our nursery. A friend used this store about 5 years ago and told us about them. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike all the big box baby stores, they had wonderful service and seem to genuinely care that we got the chair we wanted. The store was very busy, many were repeat customers and this was reassuring to us. Finally, they were very competitive. Highly recommend!

A good friend who is an interior decorator told me about this store where she has purchased furniture for her clients. The people who work there were very knowledgeable in helping me select a nursery glider for my pregnant daughter and also a lift chair,which I needed quickly for my mother in assisted living. Never would I have imagined getting both items in one place, which also has some really nice looking chairs and sofas although I did not see a lot of things like coffee and end tables. I will definitely go back when we redecorate our home since I believe the prices were good for the quality.

I just bought a Dutailier glider at this store, and I am so glad I found them. I spent time shopping at the typical baby stores and did a lot of research online, but still had a lot of questions. The owners of the store are so knowledgeable and really took the time to make sure I was going to be completely satisfied with my purchase. And I was pleasantly surprised that at this level of service their prices were actually better than any of the other stores and even the online retailers. I've never felt so comfortable about a major purchase before. I will definitely return to shop for any other upholstered furniture here.

I recently ordered a rocker/recliner and am very satisfied with my purchase! Both owners are very knowledgeable in their products as is evident in the fact that they specialize and have years of experience. A big plus is that you are not going to get mystery fabrics or mystery fillers from uncontrolled foreign markets. Their fabrics are from America or Canada

Recently bought a Med-lift recliner. We tried it out in the store and ordered in another fabric. It came in and did not sit like nor was as comfortable as the model. The sales receipt warns there are no returns or exchanges for special orders. The store is quite adamant about that policy so be very sure about your decision when you place the order.
