Do Not go here!!!!
Awful!!!! And that is being niceI took in a pair of shoes that I needed dyed for my wedding. I wanted them to be purple to go with the bridesmaid's dresses. The lady at the store said that she could dye them purple but that they may be a little lighter or darker than the color I picked. When I went to pick them up they were 3 different shades of purple all over the shoes with spots of black and drippings of what looked like purple paint. There were even parts of the shoes w/o dye. When I tried talking to them about it I was told too bad and they don't care. I said I would let others know and she said ""they have been in business for 25 years and what I say doesn't matter."" Stay clear of this store, you will regret going there! ...

Couldn't ask for a better repair
I had my daughter's boots repaired here, including patches on the back of the boots and new rubber heels. The repair was excellent, completed when promised and in a timely manner, and at a reasonable cost. The individual I dealt with was helpful and courteous. I'll go back and definitely recommend this shoe repair shop.

Do not let this place touch your shoes
I would like to warn anyone considering this business to stay away. I was told by someone I trusted that this was a good repair shop. Wow - definitely NOT!

The receptionist is extremely RUDE. She doesn't even pretend to be nice. I put up with it, thinking that at least my shoes would be fixed properly. Again, boy was I wrong. I trusted them with a very expensive pair of shoes and was shocked by the high priced estimate.

When I came to pick them up (a few days AFTER I'd been told they'd be ready) I saw that half the work that we had discussed wasn't done at all. She then proceeded to argue with me, saying that I had not asked to have this work done and that it would be an EXTRA charge. I did not want to start from scratch and didn't know of any other shoe repair places I could trust so I paid for even more work to be done.

Again, when I came to pick up the shoes, they weren't done. This time I was told "10 minutes". The work was finally done but so poorly my young child could've cut the leather straighter. There was extra glue visible. They also didn't even clean the shoes / leather at all.

OVERPRICED, TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not go here.

Poor Craftsmanship + Poor Service = STAY AWAY!
I've had numerous pairs of women's shoes repaired over the years and never have I encountered such poor craftsmanship in repairs as at The Computerized Cobbler. \r\rI dropped off my shoes on a Wednesday and they agreed to have the heel repaired by Thursday so that I could wear them to a special event on Friday. (The price that I was quoted for the repair was $7 more than the price on the sign for the specific repair I was seeking, but I thought I'd iron it out upon pick up.) When I arrived on Thursday to pick them up, it took them some 30 minutes to locate the shoes and once they did, they informed me that the repair hadn't even been started! It wouldn't be ready until the next afternoon -- long after my special event. When I returned to pick them up a few days later, I noticed that one shoe was heavily damaged by the repair to such an extent that it physically cannot be warn (not aesthetic damage). For this, the clerk would only reduce the price by 20%. \r\rSo here I am, having paid $20 for a repair to a pair of shoes that I can't wear until I spend another $20 to have them repaired again! AVOID THE COMPUTERIZED COBBLER!
