The manager of this store is clueless. He was not able to answer a simple question and seemed very impatient when I asked about the difference in types of lenses. I am not going to invest money in an expensive pair of glasses, if they are not able to explain why one lens is better than another. He also referred to my vision insurance as "useless". If that is the case then I do not understand why they accept my insurance. Avoid this place.

I went to Eye Gallery for an eye exam and had a terrific experience. Dr. Hansen and staff were excellent. I did not need glasses so cannot comment on that side of things but as for the eye exam side it was great and I would highly recommend them!

Ivan, the owner, is the worst and has a terrible reputation around town. I had a pair of glasses made by The Eye Gallery. While they were making them, they broke the lense THREE TIMES. The glasses NEVER left their store, yet when I did go in to pick them up, I was told that "No remakes allowed for Ms...." I DID NOT BREAK THEM...THE PERSON MAKING THEM DID! So, if something was wrong once I was wearing them for a period of time, why would I be penalized for their error?? I will go to Lenscrafters before I ever go back to Ivan/The Eye Gallery. Their Optometrist is great (an owner in the store), but I won't use him or refer others to him due to the store and Ivan.

I recently visited this store despite the review I found on this site. I had an amazing experience. The customer service was excellent, apparently the person mentioned in the previous review is no longer there. I would recommend this store to all of my friends. Bottom line, Great selection matched with great service is what this place is. Check it out for yourself.

I was not impressed with the customer service I received at The Eye Gallery. I was assisted by the Manager, Debbie Wexler. She is only interested in making the quick sale at the highest dollar possible. If she doesn't feel like you will drop a lot of money, she will move onto another customer who is more worthy of her time.
