I have nothing good to say about this location. They are not friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable. Furthermore, they don't listen to the needs of the customer. I have been buying glasses at the Eye Gallery for the last 10 years. I will never shop at this location again.

I would like to apologize to this customer for any inconvenience he/she may have dealt with at The Eye Gallery. I was not working in the store during March of this year, as I have been apart of ushering in new management since July 08. At our unique eyecare/fashion friendly location we go out of our way to give each customer a quality eyecare experience from the eye exam down to the personalized fitting of eyewear to accentuate their best features. I am not sure what happened in the above case, but I know that we strive to give our customers the best eyecare experience possible and I invite you to test our service out for yourself.

Transferred glasses from another store and paid in advance, then found documented cheaper price from another retailer. They told me they would not match price, refused to refund my money despite me not yet having the product, and insisted cheaper price was an invalid item code. When glasses came in they had actually ordered the wrong glasses. When correct glasses finally came in, the suppossed "invalid" item code was stamped directly on their product. BAD BUSINESS, BAD POLICYS, CHECK YOUR PRICES BEFORE GIVING THEM A PENNY!!!
